CyberRF Chip replies

Half a year after the tapeout, the CyberRF chip finally came back. It was developed as a multi-standard triple-band transceiver for IoT applications.

It reacts as expected to first actuations and responds to SPI signals. Also, the analog circuit blocks and the changes made are functional, so that after only a few hours in the laboratory a first RF signal could be measured. Over the next few months, the chip will be thoroughly checked and measured. We are all excited.
